Garbin, Jr - City Councilor, Legazpi CityThe TAU GAMMA PHI - BICOL REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING was held at Cafe Terasa in Daraga, Albay last February, 28, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.. Several agenda was tackled during the meeting. The said meeting was attended by BRC Officers and Governor Generals from the Province of Albay, Camarines sur, Sorsogon and a representative from the Province of Catanduanes. Not in attendance are Governor General of Camarines Norte and Masbate. Also present in the meeting are former Secretary Geenerals of BRC and several brothers who are aspirant in various local positions in the May 10, 2010 elections.
